The Complex can boast of highly qualified teaching and non-teaching staff who are carefully selected through a thorough and standard recruitment process. The General Manager

Mr. Samuel Eduku Cobbold was the first headmaster of Angel Educational Complex. He used his rich experience to get all the functional departmentsin place and by dint of hard work he has been promoted as the General Managerof the complex.

He then becomes the Chief Administrator who oversees the day-to-day activities of all the departments, a job he expertly executes with skill and dexterity. Mr. Cobbold graduated with a BSc degree in Biological Science from Federal University of Brazil.
